About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and flexible school support teachers to join our team in Canterbury, Kent. You will support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and building positive relationships with students. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality lessons across multiple year groups and key stages
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Building rapport with students and staff quickly

To succeed as a School Support Teacher, you will need to possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (assistance available for the right candidates)
  • Experience teaching across multiple year groups and key stages
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
