Children's Service Lead

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team at Shire Healthcare, working in partnership with a provider of children's services. This is a permanent opportunity based in Staffordshire, where you will be part of a team providing support to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties within a children's home.

As Deputy Manager, you will ensure that staffing levels and competencies meet the requirements of the home and its children. You will also ensure each child has a care plan which reflects their emotional, care, social, and cultural needs.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week during office hours and on-call duties. A proven track record in a senior or managerial role is not essential, but all applicants must have an NVQ level 3 in Residential childcare.
