Job OverviewWe are recruiting for the position of Domiciliary Care Assistant, which involves supporting clients with their daily activities, personal care, and medication management. This role requires a caring and compassionate individual who can build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to our clients according to their individual needs.
- Assist clients with their daily activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Manage medications, administer prescribed treatments, and maintain accurate records.
- Support clients with mobility issues, transfer them safely, and promote independence.
- Engage with clients, listen to their concerns, and provide emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. You should also be able to work independently, think critically, and remain calm under pressure.
