Job Title: Caregiver

About the Role:
Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with varying needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals in their daily lives
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Encourage participation in activities and outings, enhancing quality of life
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and colleagues

Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in caregiving or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with individuals
