Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Operative to join our team at our Linford facility in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex. As an Operative, you'll play a critical role in meeting our daily production targets and ensuring the smooth operation of our plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet daily production target requirements
- Report data for quality purposes
- Move, load, and unload product from the plant and vehicles
- Meet customer service requirements in terms of accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaround
- Continuously improve performance standards
- Continuously improve towards plant and production methods
- Good housekeeping
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an industrial or factory environment, preferably as a Forklift Truck Operative, Multi-Skilled Operative, or Laborer. However, we're more interested in your ability to work well in a team, communicate effectively, and be willing to learn and develop your skills.
