Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with overall business requirements
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies
  • Act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance to managers and employees in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations where required
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Drive initiatives to establish and retain talent within the organization
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with managers to understand future resourcing needs and provide strategic solutions
  • Change Management: Support the performance appraisal process
  • Performance Management: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights
  • Use data to help predict and diagnose organizational issues and develop solutions
  • Partner with the compensation and benefits team
  • Provide guidance on pay and other remuneration issues
  • Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives
