Job Title: Payroll and Pensions Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Pensions Professional to join our team at Azets. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional payroll services to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls, managing payroll changes, administering end-to-end payroll processes, and providing expert advice on payroll legislation and industry changes.

You will work collaboratively with our payroll hub team, effectively communicating with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience in payroll administration, preferably in a busy service-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, processing, and auto-enrolment regulations.
  • High-level accuracy and attention to detail across manual and system-based work.
  • Excellent customer-focused approach, with strong communication skills.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes hybrid and flexible working, birthday leave, professional subscription, and much more.
