Job Title: HR Business Partner

Iconic Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client, a leading provider of advice, support, delivery, and consultancy services across various industry sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the people agenda and add value to the organization by delivering solutions at both a tactical and strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the Head of People to develop, implement, and drive HR strategy and projects across the employee lifecycle.
  2. Proactively gather, evaluate, and analyze data to support the implementation of HR initiatives, including areas such as people management and dynamic headcount strategy.
  3. Act as a change agent to support business transformation in line with company objectives, including project management, briefing documents, workshops, and line manager training sessions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with modern HR procedures, legal matters, and best practices, and work collaboratively with the people team to introduce and embed new ideas and initiatives.
  5. Support the identification of HR training needs across the business and coach and develop employees in areas such as line management, dignity at work, and legislative matters.
  6. Review and update HR processes to improve workflows and modernize HR practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record as an experienced HR Consultant/HR Business Partner, exceptional planning and consultative approach, project management skills, and experience.
