Job Title: Senior System Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team at MatchTalent. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, optimizing the performance of our infrastructure, and designing the infrastructure architecture for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users and optimize the performance of the infrastructure, architecture, cloud (ideally AWS), operating system (Linux) network, etc.
  • Debug and resolve related issues efficiently.
  • Design the infrastructure architecture for business expansion.
  • Take part in configuration, setup, security, troubleshooting, and incident management.
  • Support in automating workflow by scripting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Leadership experience in a small team.
  • Linux system installation/configuration is a must.
  • Experienced with Scripting (Bash/Python) or Cloud Computing is a plus.
  • Candidates from trading firms/financial institutions are highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English. BNO visa holders are also very welcome.
