About the Job

As a Care Coordinator at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities programmes that promote the wellbeing, independence, and social interaction of our residents.

Your main duties will include getting to know our residents and their families, devising activities that cater to their interests and abilities, and creating tailored programmes to meet their needs. You will also be required to work collaboratively with our staff to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.

We are looking for someone who is warm, empathetic, and personable, with excellent organisational skills and a driven mindset. If you have a passion for creating engaging experiences that make a difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, you can look forward to a range of benefits, including free learning and development opportunities, and a chance to progress your career in a leading healthcare provider.
