About your role as a Public Health Specialist:

You will support the wider Public Health team on a number of different portfolios, working alongside the Director of Public Health to improve the health and wellbeing of the population.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting the Public Health team on various portfolios
* Collaborating with the Director of Public Health to develop and implement health improvement initiatives

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* UK PHR Registrar status, active or receiving within 6/12 months
* Experience in a local authority Public Health senior position
* Expertise and experience in population mental health, learning disabilities, and older people
