- Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication administration as required.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' experience working in a community setting with individuals who have learning disabilities.
- Experience of working with individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex care needs.
- Full UK Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
- Flexible approach to work and ability to work independently.
- Passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
