Role Overview:
i-teachers are working with a primary school in Worcestershire who require an SEN Teaching Assistant to support their Year 4 class. This is a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year, providing dedicated individual and group support to pupils with complex learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide small group and general classroom support to SEN pupils in Year 4
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to create tailored Education Health Care Plan support
  • Support the development of young people with complex learning needs

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2:2 UK degree
  • Prior experience working with children
  • Naturally outgoing and resilient individual
  • Good organisation and communication skills
