Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Management Executive to join our team at Kingspan Water and Energy. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Log and track customer interactions to ensure effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the production site and transport department to ensure timely despatch of orders and collection/returns.
  • Work with engineers and sub-contractors to ensure KPIs for resolution are met.
  • Complete daily/weekly reports to monitor service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to.
  • Provide ongoing support to team members and management.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs at pass level (Grade C or above).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Sales/Customer Service environment involving Sales Order Processing, Complaint Resolution, Reporting, etc.
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a timely and professional manner.
  • Knowledge of MS Word/Excel and excellent keyboard skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are central to this role when conversing with customers.
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to adhere to timelines.
Desirable Criteria
  • Third Level Qualification e.g. a Degree, HND, HNC.
  • Experience in using Infor LN, CRM, ERP & ticketing systems.
  • Background in tier one technical support or aftersales position.
  • Second European Language – preferably French and/or Spanish.
Working Arrangements

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. The successful candidate will be required to work from our head office in Portadown and will be expected to commute or relocate before starting work.
