{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly skilled Property Investment Asset Manager to join our team in Stratford-Upon-Avon. As a key member of our Property Investment team, you will play a crucial role in managing our UK-wide £1.7bn property investment portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the strategic direction of the property/asset portfolio to optimize its performance. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to achieve our investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of properties across the UK, ensuring optimal performance and returns
* Develop and implement strategies to improve investment fundamentals and create value
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
* Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Analyze market trends and make informed investment decisions

Requirements:

* Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
* Educated to degree standard or similar
* Valid UK Driver's License and ability to travel as required
