Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a number of site locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple site locations
  • Ensure all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date
  • Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk
  • Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and advise the Line Manager of findings
  • Work with company and customer employees to ensure laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times
Requirements
  • GCSE / Standard Grade level as a minimum, NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance
  • City and Guilds 236 Part 3
  • 3 phase electrics and its applications
  • Ability to maintain and repair a wide range of electrical and food services mechanical equipment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
