Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Calibre Search. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant at our retail sites in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support other technicians with major or minor maintenance work
  • Complete all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales
  • Prioritise and complete minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales
  • Ensure all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are always available and serviceable
  • Work with company and client colleagues to ensure laid-down standards of quality are always maintained

Requirements:

  • Strong electrical background and electrical qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or maintenance, and 18th edition as a minimum
  • Ability to work as part of a team and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
