Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient workflow of job cards, identifying fast-track repairs, and collaborating with our engineering functions to deliver cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within site guidelines to meet volume targets and ensure accurate parts orders.
  • Review and implement repair methodologies to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with policyholders and engineering functions to resolve borderline repairable or beyond economical repair cases.
  • Provide service level agreements and communicate with customers regarding repairs and non-related damage.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Embed and maintain standard methodologies and lean activities as instructed by business strategy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of vehicle repair methods.
  • Thatcham repair methods, Audatex, and ATA qualification.
  • Ability to achieve company and personal targets.
