About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Systems Administrator to join our Service Delivery Team at Opus Business Systems Ltd/T.A Telecom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and administration for MS Dynamics 365 and our other business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the improvement of our business efficiency by providing day-to-day support and administration for MS Dynamics 365 and our other business systems.
  • Ensure the integrity of our business data by managing and maintaining our business systems.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and process optimisation to enhance our business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project management and software development, to deliver business solutions.
  • Assist in the analysis of internal processes and align them with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics and associated tools.
Requirements
  • 3 years of exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ability to implement small changes and customisations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Project management and software development.
  • The ability to create reports using Power BI, Dashboards, Advanced Find & Report Builder (SSRS).
  • Experience in digital transformation change management.
  • Any knowledge of Union Street aBILLity, Hubspot, is desirable.
