The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing responsive repairs and maintenance advice, as well as organising works in relation to properties. The role involves managing an area patch of properties in Northamptonshire, overseeing day-to-day repairs to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organising property repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

  • £25 - £30 per hour (negotiable)
  • 37 hours per week
  • Inside IR35
  • Rolling three-month contract
  • Flexible working arrangements
