Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving growth in our Health and Higher Education business.
As a Senior Sales Leader, you'll lead a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships. You'll work closely with our sales engineering and specialist teams, as well as our partner organization, to develop and execute a long-term strategic plan for success in these markets.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in Healthcare and Higher Education.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and insightful input to product management.
- Balance net new customer acquisition with growing existing customers and strategic account development.
- Proven experience selling within the UK Healthcare and Higher Education markets.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience leading and building high-performing sales teams selling enterprise software.
- A strong track record of closing complex, multi-million dollar deals through multithreaded networking and negotiation.
We offer a competitive salary of £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
