**Role Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join an Outstanding primary school in Southall, Ealing.
The role involves working 1:1 with a pupil with Autism, supporting their learning and social development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with Autism
- Assist with delivering engaging, differentiated activities
- Foster a calm and inclusive environment to promote learning and development
- Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning plans
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with children with Autism or other special needs
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude
- Right to work in the UK
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development
