About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Creative Production Technician Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the live entertainment industry and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of live performances, including setting up and operating technical equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with our technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of events.
  • Develop and maintain a broad range of technical skills, including lighting, audio, video, and stage systems.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our venues, ensuring they are safe and ready for performances.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • A strong interest in live entertainment and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A Level 2 (GCSE grade C/4-5) qualification in English and Maths, or equivalent.
