Construction and Projects Attorney

QC Legal is seeking a talented Construction Associate to join their award-winning Construction & Engineering Group. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile, non-contentious construction projects, spanning commercial developments, infrastructure, and mixed-use schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on non-contentious construction matters, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and framework agreements.
- Support senior members of the team on large-scale infrastructure projects and high-profile developments.
- Manage your own caseload of non-contentious construction work for domestic and international clients.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law, with strong drafting and negotiating skills.
- Experience working on construction contracts such as JCT, NEC, and FIDIC is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of construction law and ability to advise clients on risk management and contractual issues.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
