We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our Service Department in Hampshire, close to Basingstoke. Our client is a busy main dealership looking for a successful and ambitious individual to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all aspects of Service Department operations, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service.
  2. Monitor and analyze CSI surveys and other metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Lead and motivate Service department staff to achieve exceptional performance.
  4. Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  5. Review and track Service KPIs to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a track record of success.
