About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team as a Small Works Engineer. As a key member of our Project Delivery team, you will be responsible for managing sub-projects that occur outside of normal Project Management day-to-day works.

This role involves overseeing small-scale construction and engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects that meet their needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage small-scale construction and engineering projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets client requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project documentation, schedules, and financial reports
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction engineering or project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
  • Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
