Job Title: Consultant Solutions Analyst

Location: London Bridge Hospital

Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term, 6-months

The Consultant Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and support of healthcare IT systems and technologies.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance the implementation, maintenance, and support of consultant-facing equipment and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test customer-related systems for facility-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate consultant and medical secretary service requests.
  • Document interactions with consultants and supporting medical secretaries to ensure needs are met.
  • Monitor and communicate trends and issues, providing timely responses and resolutions to provider issues identified and reported in ServiceNow.
  • Collect, validate, and route documentation to support system access, confidentiality, information protection, and security compliance.
  • Ensure consultants and staff have access to appropriate patient data.
  • Contribute to division and facility strategic planning.
  • Develop and deliver training for providers, hospital business partners, and consultant office staff on new and current applications.
  • Partner with facility and division colleagues to enable a successful consultant experience and foster improved customer service interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in and managing a changing environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, supporting clinical applications with physicians.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clinical and information technology personnel.
  • Broad understanding of workflow and how systems are used in physician practices.
