Catering Training Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Catering Training Manager to join our client's team at a HMP site in Birmingham. As a Catering Training Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the training of prison staff and ensuring that all training is completed within the required timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for prison staff
  • Oversee the training of new staff members
  • Ensure that all training is completed within 6 weeks of staff arrival
  • Manage the 2 cafes on site, ensuring that all purchasing and banking is conducted to the highest standard

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in catering training and management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
