Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at NG Bailey Facilities Services. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing planned and reactive maintenance services to our clients in the Reading area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of mechanical plant, working to current standards and contract specifications.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of domestic hot and cold-water services, with awareness of L8 regulations.
  • Submitting accurate and concise reports of work carried out and time spent on tasks.
  • Ownership of site logbooks and record keeping for designated sites.
  • Providing details for further recommended works, including all required information for office personnel to action.
  • Supporting the wider team with out-of-hours tasks, such as FCUs and emergency light testing.
Requirements:
  • Current qualifications to work as a mechanical engineer, including a recognised Mechanical Apprenticeship (preferred), City and Guilds Qualification in Heating and Ventilation or Plumbing, and Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or A and B.
  • Conversant with mechanical plant/plumbing related Building Services PPMs.
  • Driving Licence.
