Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract with sites around the Reading area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamping
  • Conduct emergency lighting tests
  • Work with control panels and changing ballast
  • Monitor BMS systems and perform M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Update log books and maintain compliance
  • Undertake plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and working with pumps and motors
  • Use CAFM systems, including elogs and Webquote
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with good communication skills
  • Client-facing with in-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and systems
  • Previous experience as a Building Services Engineer
  • Ability to work unsupervised to a high quality
  • Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
