Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Hospitality Staffing UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and oversee all maintenance issues within the hotel.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (negotiable)

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily checks around the hotel, diagnosing and maintaining mechanical equipment, ensuring good relationships with internal and external customers, and maintaining all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of building management/engineering
  • Positive attitude
  • Good leadership & communication skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure & form good relationships with other HOD's.
