Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning Analyst to join our team at William Grant & Sons. As a key member of our Supply Planning function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Supply Data Management: Provide support to the Head of Supply Planning, collating and verifying supply data to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making.
  2. Supply Chain Analytics: Collaborate with the Global Demand Analyst to analyze supply vs. demand data, identifying opportunities and risks to inform S&OP and S&OE forums.
  3. Inventory Planning: Work with the Volume Planner to analyze inputs and outputs from Supply Planning to the S&OP cycle, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  4. Supply Chain Optimization: Review supply data across different data sets, suggesting areas for improvement and intervention to deliver supply chain efficiencies.
  5. Global Supply Data Coordination: Consolidate global supply data across all production sites, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  6. Allocations Management: Collaborate with the Allocations Analyst to manage outputs from the monthly allocations forum and review supply capabilities.
  7. Campaign Planning: Compile relevant data to formulate and recommend the Campaign Plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  8. Product Lifecycle Management: Support the Inventory Planning Cycle with relevant supply data and other lifecycle activities.
  9. Change Management: Uphold the management of changes within ERP for the Planning Team, ensuring accuracy across all production sites.
  10. Team Participation: Participate in team performance by engaging in team meetings and contributing to problem-solving activities.
Requirements
  1. Self-Starter: A self-starter with the ability to work alone or as part of a wider team.
  2. Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of the end-to-end supply chain within an FMCG environment.
  3. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to present data in a structured and translatable format.
  4. MS Excel Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills and experience.
