About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Activities Coordinator at Castlemead Care Home in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging activities and programmes that enhance the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a range of activities and programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Work closely with our care team to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Establish partnerships with local community organisations, schools, and colleges to provide opportunities for residents to engage with their community
  • Plan and deliver days out and excursions that promote social interaction and enjoyment
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and programmes, making adjustments as needed

  • A 25-hour working week, with 5 shifts per week (11am-4pm, Monday-Sunday, with alternate weekends)
