Sennen Education Ltd is seeking an experienced Support for SEND Learners professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with complex learning needs.

The role involves providing individualized support to students within the Secondary provision, using a range of strategies to help them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teaching staff to develop and deliver lesson plans and resources, and contribute to the development of the school's inclusive practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to students with complex learning needs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support student engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and deliver lesson plans and resources.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and resilience when working with students.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
