About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Lincolnshire Respite Service - Swallow Lodge. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to service users with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including administering medication and conducting security checks.
  • Assist with domestic tasks and create a warm and welcoming environment for service users.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to tailor support to each individual's unique needs and circumstances.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
  • A 35-hour contract with various shifts, including 1 in 3 weekends and 1x 35hr contract working waking nights 3/4 shifts a week 9.30pm-7.30am.
