About the Role:
MCG Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a salaried position. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prescribe and manage medications for patients with minor illnesses
- Conduct patient-facing clinics for SMR and managing long-term conditions
- Participate in medication safety and monitoring, medicines reconciliation, and providing medication support to the wider team
Requirements:
- MPharm or OSPAP qualification and registration with the GPhC
- Primary Care or GP Surgery experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
