Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale BPO contracts and driving commercial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a business-critical BPO supplier and contribute to the development of best-in-class SRM processes.
  • Drive performance in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified with relevant experience in SRM or vendor management.
  • Extensive knowledge of EBA and PRA regulations.
  • Experience of managing outsourced/BPO suppliers and driving performance in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus a car allowance and excellent benefits package.
