The successful candidate will support the boutique manager in leading the team and managing the store, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service. With a passion for the beauty industry and a proven track record of coaching and leading teams, you will be responsible for developing opportunities to create a new community of customers within our brand-new store.

Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the boutique manager to set objectives and drive sales
• Lead by example, educating customers and sharing product knowledge to achieve sales goals
• Identify and develop opportunities to improve customer experiences
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services

Requirements:
• At least 3 years' experience in luxury retail management
• Proven track record of coaching and leading teams
• Strong understanding of KPIs and ability to drive them across a team/business
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
