Sales Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Mandeville Recruitment Group. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team of account managers and business development managers in achieving our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Deal with all webchats and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Perform daily post runs and ensure all documents are uploaded to our CRM system
  • Request quotes from installers and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
  • Provide general office administration support, including Amazon orders, travel bookings, and document scanning
  • Chase installers for photos for our website and ensure all content is up-to-date
  • Organize the Christmas party and events
