About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Innovative Engineering Projects Manager to join our team in Inverness. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or HND/HNC in engineering or a related field and a proven track record in project management. They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interpret and explain technical instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Supervise operational sites and teams, including project engineers, site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement project plans, risk management strategies, and quality control processes.
