We are seeking an experienced RTA Litigation Claims Handler to join our team at our Leeds office, working on a full-time, permanent contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clients receive a high level of customer service and correct legal advice.

We expect you to demonstrate a highly professional manner that reflects the brand's image and customer ethos of DLG LS department and its values.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in handling OIC and Fast Track RTA claims within an insurance company or law firm environment is preferred.
  • A working knowledge of the OIC and MOJ Pre Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules for Low Value Personal Injury Claims is advantageous.
