Senior FS Regulatory Associate

Our client, a leading international City law firm, is seeking an experienced solicitor to join their top-tier Financial Services Regulatory team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Advice: Provide expert advice on regulatory matters related to payments and investments, including Payment Services Regulations, E-Money Regulations, and relevant FCA rules.
  • Project Management: Manage complex projects, including reviewing and drafting terms and conditions, policies, and procedures for financial services clients.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including banks, payment institutions, and other financial services firms.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 4+ years PQE with solid experience in payments and/or investment regulation.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as the Payment Services Regulations, E-Money Regulations, and relevant FCA rules.
  • Experience advising banks, payment institutions, and other financial services firms on compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to lead client relationships effectively.
