Senior FS Regulatory Associate

Our client, a leading international City law firm, is seeking an experienced solicitor to join their top-tier Financial Services Regulatory team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Advice: Provide expert advice on payments regulation, investments regulation, and other financial services matters.
  • Project Management: Deliver regulatory guidance and drafting for complex projects, including reviewing and drafting terms and conditions for international banks, drafting policies and procedures for loan providers, and advising on regulatory frameworks for NFTs and crypto assets.
  • Candidate Requirements:
    • 4+ years PQE with solid experience in payments and/or investment regulation.
    • Strong technical expertise in areas such as the Payment Services Regulations, E-Money Regulations, and relevant FCA rules.
    • Experience advising banks, payment institutions, and other financial services firms on compliance and regulatory matters.
    • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
    • Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to lead client relationships effectively.
