Specialist Learning Disability and Neurodiversity Mental Health Support Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Specialist Learning Disability and Neurodiversity Mental Health Support Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Mental Health Support Team, you will be responsible for providing specialist support and guidance to children and young people with learning disabilities and neurodiverse conditions.
About the Role:- Provide specialist support and guidance to children and young people with learning disabilities and neurodiverse conditions.
- Work closely with schools, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for children and young people with learning disabilities and neurodiverse conditions.
- Develop and deliver training and workshops for schools and families on learning disabilities and neurodiverse conditions.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures related to learning disabilities and neurodiverse conditions.

Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities and neurodiverse conditions.
- Experience working in a mental health setting.
