About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Administrator to join our team at North Lanarkshire Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, contributing to building control and security, and performing minor maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members of the public, ensuring a positive experience when interacting with our facilities.
  • Contribute to building control and security efforts, maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors.
  • Clean and perform minor maintenance tasks as required, upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices, including security protocols and cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing time efficiently.
What We Offer
