Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team as a Contract Delivery Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing all customer requests, ensuring contractual governance and reporting obligations are adhered to.

Main Responsibilities

  • Cultivate stakeholder relations and exceed expectations by proactively addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Monitor and report on SLA/KPI compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead performance reviews and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, commercial teams, and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and information protection protocols.
  • Optimize financial transactions and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
