Learning Assistant Professional

We are looking for a skilled Learning Assistant Professional to support learners with complex needs. As a Learning Assistant Professional, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to develop and implement individualised learning programmes.
Main Duties:
- Support learners to access the curriculum under the guidance of teachers and therapists.
- Monitor and maintain the safety and wellbeing of learners during lessons and activities.
- Encourage independence and self-esteem among learners.
- Provide regular feedback on learner progress and achievements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and inclusive learning environment.
Essential Skills:
- Basic understanding of Maths, English, IT, and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Positive attitude towards diversity and inclusivity.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £18,339 - £20,050 per annum (32.5 hours/week) or £11,003 - £12,030 per annum (19.5 hours/week).
