Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Ergonomist to join our team at Guidant Global. As an Ergonomics Specialist, you will play a key role in driving change and influencing the manufacturing process within our Broughton Plant.

About the Role: The Ergonomics team is a small but influential group within the Manufacturing Engineering department. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the team to identify and implement improvements to the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement control measures.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement ergonomic solutions that improve workplace efficiency and reduce the risk of injury.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of ergonomics principles and practices. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
