Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health, safety, and environment
- Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental management
