Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to join our team at The HSE Recruitment Network. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement the annual health, safety, and environmental plan
- Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental management
